Upgrade policy

For all licenses, a year of support and upgrades is available for 20% of the license list prices. This entitles you to support and all upgrades (two to three major versions) released throughout the year. If your support and maintenance contract expires, you can extend it in the webshop or contact our sales team. The extension is always valid from the day after the expiry of the previous support and maintenance contract, even if you extend the contract at a later point. You cannot extend support and upgrades for a subset of your licenses. Support hours cannot be accumulated over the years.
