- Users of memoQ translator pro, memoQ serverFive and memoQ enterprise are eligible for four hours of user support and unlimited bug-related support. If it’s our fault, it’s our cost.
- If you are evaluating the tool, you are eligible for support.
- If you are a user of memoQ translator pro, serverFive or enterprise, you can extend your support and maintenance contract for 20% of the license list prices.
