Version 4.2.18 improves XLIFF support, server robustness, and corrects some issues with the server installer

Highlights of this version include:
- memoQ server now handles low memory situations and heavy load better, and provides more detailed logging of possible low memory problems.
- Some minor issues with the XLIFF filter have been corrected.
- Fixes to the server installer when used on 64-bit systems or with remote database servers.
- Two rare segmentation related problems which could cause failed document imports have been corrected.
- Fixes to import failures with specific source documents with the DOCX and PPTX filters.
