Claudia Fricke - business development manager - ‘do it professionally’
Claudia promotes and sells Kilgray’s technology in and outside Germany. She brings ten years of experience from PASSOLO (recently SDL Passolo) where she worked as business development manager from the very beginning, defined sales and marketing and played a significant role in increasing the revenues of the company every year. Claudia is passionate about systems and processes and contributes a lot to making Kilgray a process-oriented company.

Nima Nourkami - business development manager - ‘sell with style’
Nima is successful in selling memoQ-based server solutions to enterprises and language service providers both in Germany and outside Germany. Nima has a degree in Spanish-English-German translation from the University of Saarland and has worked as a project manager and support engineer for Tradex and transline Deutschland. He spent two years as a business development manager with SDL Trados and was among their most successful salespeople. Nima is very customer-oriented and can easily address both technology and process problems.

Patricia Bown - director of sales, Americas - ‘give customers more than a tool’
Patricia is responsible for product sales and consultancy to language service providers in North America. Prior to working for Kilgray, she was the director of McElroy Translation’s project management for 14 years and developed a habit of combining business relationships and technology to achieve efficiencies. As part of her job, she also led a deployment of a large-scale implementation of memoQ at McElroy. She does not only offer a product, she also helps language service providers focus on business goals using memoQ. She’s not all about precision and efficiency - she holds a degree in piano from the Texas Tech University.
