Monika Lucza – Freelance Sales

Monika Lucza is responsible for sales to freelance translators all over the world. As a memoQ user from the very first release, she has profound knowledge in CAT tools. She is bringing over 13 years of experience in translation and interpreting. Other than that, Monika is also experienced in machine translation and software development, and holds a degree in translation, Library and information science, and English Language and Literature from the University of Szeged. Patricia Bown – Director of Sales, Americas

Patricia is responsible for product sales and consultancy to language service providers in North America. Prior to working for Kilgray, she was the director of McElroy Translation’s project management for 14 years and developed a habit of combining business relationships and technology to achieve efficiencies. As part of her job, she also led a deployment of a large-scale implementation of memoQ at McElroy. She does not only offer a product, she also helps language service providers focus on business goals using memoQ. She’s not all about precision and efficiency - she holds a degree in piano from the Texas Tech University. Patricia works out of Austin, Texas. Béatrice Compagnon – Business Development Manager

An expert in games localization, she previously owned a translation agency specialized in the field and worked as a translator for ten years. Prior to joining Kilgray, she worked as a consultant to language service providers on games localization, and conducted many courses and presentations on this topic. Béatrice has three years’ experience with memoQ, including the server environment. Béatrice works out of Cartagena de Indias, Colombia most of the year. Claudia Fricke – Business Development Manager

Claudia promotes and sells Kilgray’s technology in and outside Germany. She brings ten years of experience from PASSOLO (recently SDL Passolo) where she worked as business development manager from the very beginning, defined sales and marketing and played a significant role in increasing the revenues of the company every year. Claudia is passionate about systems and processes and contributes a lot to making Kilgray a process-oriented company. Claudia works out of Bonn, Germany. Bernardo Santos – Business Development Manager

Bernardo holds degree in Translations Sciences from the Instituto Superior de Línguas e Administração. He works with Kilgray’s current and prospective customers in the Middle East, Africa and different countries of Europe and Asia.
